Delete your Networthy account

1. Delete it yourself

In the app: open Profile, scroll to the bottom, tap Delete account and confirm twice. The account is deleted straight away and you are signed out.

Without the app: open app.zamprq.com in any browser and sign in with the same email address, using the one-time code we send you. Open Profile, tap Delete account at the bottom and confirm.

2. Or ask us to delete it

Email support@zamprq.com from the address you sign in with, using the subject “Delete my account”. If you write from a different address, we reply to the address on the account and wait for you to confirm from there, so nobody can delete someone else’s account by asking.

We aim to complete the deletion within 30 days of your request, and we reply when it is done.

3. What is deleted

Your account and sign-in, your profile and settings, every contact (including those in Trash), reminders, follow-up history, message templates and their attachments, card photos and scan records, and our record of your Pro purchases.

This cannot be undone. Deleting the account also ends any Pro period you have paid for, so if you are entitled to a refund under our refund policy, ask for it before you delete.

4. What is kept, and for how long

A one-way hash of your email address and the number of scans you used in the current month, kept until your monthly allowance would have reset, plus a few days. It contains no email address, name or contact details. It exists only so the free plan cannot be reset by deleting an account and signing up again.

Cashfree, which processed any payment you made, keeps its own record of that payment. We cannot delete it.

Anything that has already left Networthy is outside our reach: messages you sent from WhatsApp or your email app, contacts you saved to your phone, and files you exported.

5. Deleting some data without deleting the account

Delete any contact from its own screen. It moves to Trash for 30 days in case you change your mind, then it is removed. To remove it at once, use Delete forever in Trash (Profile → Settings → Trash).

The photo of a scanned card is deleted as soon as you save the contact or discard the scan.

If you joined the launch list on www.zamprq.com, that list is separate from any account. Email support@zamprq.com and we will remove you from it.
