Terms of Service

1. What the service does

Networthy lets you scan business cards, save and organise contacts, and prepare follow-up messages that you always send yourself. The app opens WhatsApp or your email app with a draft; it never sends anything on its own.

Card reading is automated and imperfect. Always check the details before you save or send. That is exactly what the review screen is for.

2. Your account

You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email. Keep access to that mailbox secure; anyone who can read it can sign in as you.

One account is for one person. Do not share it.

You must be 18 or older.

3. Acceptable use

Only save details of people who gave them to you, or that you are otherwise entitled to hold.

Do not use Networthy to send spam, harass anyone, or scrape contact data at scale.

Do not attempt to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, or to access another account.

You are responsible for the messages you send. They come from your WhatsApp or your mailbox, not ours.

4. Your content

Your contacts, notes, templates and card images remain yours. We claim no ownership.

You grant us only the permission needed to run the service for you: to store your data, and to send card images to our AI provider so the text can be extracted.

You can export everything to Excel, or delete everything, at any time.

5. Free plan and Pro

Free plan: 10 units a month. One scan costs one unit, and ten imported contacts cost one unit, so a free month covers 10 scans or 100 imported contacts, or any mix. Typing a contact in yourself is free and unlimited.

Your month runs from your own start date, not from the 1st. If you joined on the 25th, your allowance refills on the 25th. After a Pro period ends, the free month runs from that end date instead.

Networthy Pro raises that allowance to 500 units a month, which is 500 scans or 5,000 imported contacts, a fair-use ceiling that almost no one reaches, and raises the message template limit from 3 to 7. It is sold as one-time periods of ₹249 for one month or ₹2,499 for one year, processed by Cashfree. A period ends on the same date of the month you bought it, so buying on the 27th means access until the 27th.

If you need more than 500 units in a month, write to us and we will raise your ceiling. The limit exists to stop automated bulk use, not to restrain normal work.

Nothing auto-renews and nothing is auto-charged. When a period ends your account simply returns to the free plan. Your data is never deleted or withheld because of a plan change.

Prices may change, but a change never affects a period you have already paid for.

6. Refunds

Payments buy immediate digital access and are generally non-refundable once the Pro period begins, except where the law requires otherwise, or in cases of verified double-charging or failure to deliver access.

7. Service quality

We work to keep Networthy available and accurate, but we provide it “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and automated card reading will sometimes be wrong.

Reminders depend on your device and its notification settings. Treat them as helpful nudges, not a guaranteed alarm.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it arose.

8. Ending things

You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Settings. That is immediate and irreversible.

We may suspend an account that breaches section 3, or where required by law. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you first.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.

10. Changes

If we change these terms materially, we will notify you in the app before the change takes effect. Continuing to use Networthy afterwards means you accept the updated terms.
